hey guys, my internet has been droping every 10 minutes, but my skype, xbox both work when my internet is down. And when I can't load anything I still have the globe that says your connected to the internet.

Perhaps your network card is busted on your PC, or you're being firewalled?

Like Renowned said, maybe it's your network card? If not, maybe a computer fault in general, either software or hardware?

Possibly a problem with your DNS settings. Use Google public DNS. More information on Google public DNS and how to change it: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
