the last 6 months i have been having alot of headaches, they are not like really painfull but in the background and quite annoying i always have them. NOTE : i do drink alot and smoke weed

Headaches are quite common. If it's painful or bothering you too much just take some pain killers and they should work.

Go see a doc.
Its an easy thing to do and if there is any underlying problem then he will hopefully detect it.
Always best to go to the docs with persistant problems like this.
