The only suggestion I have is remove advertisement from the top... It looks really cheap and a person like will never join "new" forum when it already has ads.. It just means that the owner wants to make $.

"Hello There Guest" looks terrible. It needs to be removed or replaced. It is huge and it doesn't match at all.

You also have an error in the footer:

As for the table rows (trow1 and trow2), decrease the padding a bit.
