Looking for some dedicated members for my forum people.

In order to get dedicated members, you do not ask for dedicated members.
Your forum must provide value, and people will join and admire this value. They will want to become a dedicated member because the respect you and what your forum represents.
Simply asking won't suffice.

Sorry to say but your forum is very common, I dont see anything new and exciting in it..
What exactly do u want this forum to be like/ what exactly should it offer?
