my site is not showing thumbnails in slideshow
i m using TimThumb which was came with theme

it shows me this error

No image specified

My guess is something is wrong with the theme, you can try to get another theme, it the problem persists, your original wordpress files may be edited making this specific feature enable to execute. I could probably help you over teamviewer but you are banned now, if you are reading this try to install another theme for it to work.
