Honestly, if you don't break it off with here you are probably just going to end up developing feelings for her.
However, that can be a good thing, depending on what you are looking for. Yet it seems like you don't want a relationship of any kind so if I were in your shoes I would definitely hook up with her once more at least and then tell her to just be friends, without the benefits.

This is what I will probably do. However I wouldn't mind a relationship, just
not with her.

She is 26. 6 years older than me... lol
It seems like you don't want to be with her nor do you really want to do anything sexual with her. In my honest opinion i would say just be friends or don't talk to her at all. If you keep fooling around with her it could lead to some serious stuff you don't want to happen or people find out that shouldn't know. So like i said if i was you i would just break it off.
