I've recently upgraded my windows to W7 SP1 and I have huge problems. I have tried contacting MS and VIA but to no luck. Bassicly, my microphone is not working. I have tried around 3 drivers and its always the same. I know for a fact that its not a hardware issue as I even bought 2 new ones. Does anyone have any idea? Its kind of annoying not being able to talk to anyone for a week now.

It gives me a "troubleshooting couldn't identify a problem". Its like this on my laptop aswell, worked fine two days ago and then I upgraded it to SP1, same.

Open Device Manager and check your "Sound, video and game controllers" location to see if there's any errors. Also open up your event viewer and check for any crucial errors and any other warning messages that might relate.
