layout looks alright, i wouldnt try the hosting because i already have a host but im sure it will help some people.
I just wanted to point out that you are vulnerable to get shelled. I'm deciding to be nice here, i would recommend finding and fixing this hole.
More than likely he's on a reseller plan and as such really has no option to do anything. Generally people with only shared hosting offers are only on reseller plans.
