Me & my friends are planning to create a movie production company. We've had decided for the past month or so that our company name would be 'Civil Pictures', although we have not legalized anything yet.
Today, I was searching to see if the domain name was taken and I came upon this site:
http://civilpictures.com/
"Civil Pictures is a nonprofit company dedicated to preserving history through cinema."
After reading that statement on their website, does this mean we cannot use the name 'Civil Pictures' for our company?
