I used this app call AppRedeem. I earned a few hundreds points and now I want to redeem them to my paypal account. How much risk is that?

I'm using an App call AppRedeem. You get points by downloading/buy apps. You can redeem those points to cash and put them into your paypal account.
So why would there be any risk?
