You get a prestige token, in which you can take a gun that you already have in the prestige you're currently in, to the next prestige, with all the attachments you carry on it. Making it so that you don't have to work for that gun at the required level. You can also buy a Class, in-which you will treat as a spare one. You could buy Double EXP for your player, or weapons. Or, you can buy a Title + Emblem. At Prestige 10, you're allowed to reset your stats. And, Prestige 5 allows you to unlock another set of Title + Emblem.
Just hit my second prestige a couple of minutes ago, now Level 22.

In case you're wondering about 4th - I had a few weeks of work, I used all my prestige tokens for double XP (I've prestiged 4 times in all COD's)
