I saw this though like a week ago on FaceBook and thought it was pretty cool.

yeah , It somehow creates some dizzyness in our eyes I was like yawning in two to three the first time when I saw it

Probably more of a psychological thing rather than physically making you sleepier.

Yeahh I agree with Fragma it's probably more psychological than anything.

Wow, when I first attempted to do it I felt quite tired.
