Just talk to her and try to get to know her. After that ask her questions about her and ask her out.

There is always a solution, but you will have to work your way up.
Just she doesn't see you as 'boyfriend material' to her, but what you can do is keep talking to her,
don't pressure her, and accept the fact that she doesn't have feeling for you, yet. So, keep talking, gain her trust and maybe she'll notice you allot more.

But,how? quite easy,don't mention her that you like/love her anymore just continue your way as friend but at the same time,you have to express your love through your speech.Call her and speak,no matter what so ever you both speak heart to heart instead of texting or facebook chats.If possible take her out somewhere ;)

Take your time to slowly get to know her more, if she feels more comfortable around you, she might actually treat you like a boyfriend. Start by telling her that you hope that you having a crush on her doesn't affect your friendship. If you guys start to distance apart, I'm afraid she doesn't like you back.

Right now I am giving her space and I won't talk to her for a while.
I will then start talking to her a lot again and get closer to her.

Just be there. Women/Girls enjoy people being there, and proving that you are there. And not forcing it, but showing it.

Yes, I am planning to be with her in person soon.
I just need to find a way since I barely see her in school.
