If im not using my own custom proxy i use TOR as my preferred method.
Seems to work ok. Bit slow but.
Here is TOR https://www.torproject.org/
Try http://www.nVPN.net/

It's a great VPN and it's 6 dollars per month for a VPN with a dedicated IP. You can also find proxies from proxy.org.
Tor is a good thing. It is completely anonymous. Bounce every 10 minutes or so.
You can try also the HideMyAss application. Is a good one, even is a paid one. You will have the access to about 100 VPN and 200 IPs.
You can just search google for a good proxy.

Seriously why even bother posting?
Obviously they can "google" a proxy.
But the OP was asking the SF community for there advice!
Googling a proxy will get you proxies, but won't give you feedback on the proxies you're finding.

TOR IMO isn't completely safe. There were ways that people were able to decrypt traffic when they had a TOR Router going.

From the past three months,I searched through Google for getting a good VPN service.
Through your post i found a VPN and got fake ip.
I checked my fake ip range using Ip-Details.com
Try Epic web browser...Its very good to work.!!!!
