The Windows live bot is hosted on a vps with 16 gb ram and 24 cores picture shown here. The bot restarts itself every 5 hours and we have a backup server. We currently have 1400 mass adders authed and will be adding 6K more accounts next month.

I would not pay for something so simple.
I have a working MSN bot which features all of the above plus more that I received free.
Also It Isn't hard to unfreeze MSN's now, simply by entering a capcha.
