Full Version: So I work out around 5 times a week.

I've been working out for around a year now.
The first 7-8 8 months weren't that serious.
Offcourse it helped me.

I gained pounds, got bigger, and my muscles are strenghten.

I'm now working out preferably 5 times a week.
The problem is, your muscles always hurts the day after you worked out.
They can't really recover, when there's only 0-1 day break between every day of workout.

Is there anything special you can do, to recover faster?
Like, drink alot of water, eat something special etc.?

make sure to stretch after you worked out and get a good rest/sleep. also try taking a bath.
Always stretch, not just after you work out, but in between sets too. Never let yourself get tight, because then you will be sore the next day and you will lose motivation to workout.
Take a break whenever you can and stretch out your arms Smile Or Yoga should help you a much lot Big Grin
