I am wondering why I am not able to join Hackforums community, my nick is Yck there and I am old time member there, joined 2007-2008
I know Balkan zone is black listed, but some of members should have privileges like me and Crow.

As you said this isn't the right place to ask. Try using a proxy to access it and then contact Omni on there.
