It could have been done in batch too, otherwise if they just don't give you access to cmd you always have the {Windows Key} + R function to the run command where you can try typing "cmd" in. If you're on an account i'm sure there's a network supervisor that watches activity though anyway, so you could likely get caught. Download a portable firefox to a usb and you can probably get past the firewall with that program. You can try viewing cached versions as well, and you might be able to view pages that way, otherwise try pinging a site with command if you have it open, or remember the IP and navigate to it through the url address bar, in case they block websites via url strings.

If you need to find a cached version just use google.

Find the exact url of the address you want to access, type it in google search, and there should be a link beside the actual link to navigate to the url, called "cached" I believe
try to use m.youtube.com worked when i did m.facebook.com not sure why but its worth a try.

That would bring up a mobile version, you can also use x.facebook.com
just go to tech-faq and go to the proxy list, generates new proxies daily and tells you how many clicks there are on it too!

I found out how to access CMD via vbscript, so I will enable an administrator as "active" and get temporary admin access then set my accound to admin

or something like that assumin that works

Problem being my school blocks CMD, batch, and a lot of other things from working.
Opening a notepad file, writing some code and saving it as .bat (or whatever it is)? Nope.
