I play at 7, I feel anything bellow is too slow and anything above is retardly unrealistic....
i play on 10. you can't react fast enough on anything lower
I usually use 4, but i just got back in to playing xbox after a month and am on 3. I will go up after a bit.
7-8 its just the right speed for me

I'm using 10 for over a year now, I need it for extreme trickshotting. When I just started using it it was very hard to aim, but you will get used to it after a while.
On halo i play 5 sensitivity. and them no cod games. its usualy 6.
just because you need to be able to get some quick wip shots
