You have v3.6.* then. If I were you I would test out v6 at the least. Don't go with version 9, but if you want to test a bit of the performance increase and security that Firefox has provided upgrade to 7.

I would definitely say Firefox 8, even though I use Firefox 9 now, there's a visual bug I found on 9 so far, but other than that, 9 is great. It just doesn't display favicons.

However for you I would recommend Firefox 7. Between Firefox 7 and 8, there's really not a lot of difference, Other than the black button in the top left. The speeds are the same though, and much faster than previous versions of Firefox. But if you're not a developer or you have little experience about Firefox, the latest version isn't for you. The latest versions were released early so that Firefox user developers could help in the development of it to fix any bugs and upgrade it.

Firefox 7 seems really stable though, being that it's still not an official version, and same with 8. I haven't had enough time in 9 to figure out it's status yet.

If you upgraded to firefox v7+ then you would be a firefox fan again

I personally found Mozilla 6.0,6.x betas and 7 versions so stupid and I really stopped using firefox these days.

I'm definately gonna be going up to this version, my firefox seems to crash a lot, it's really weird

I don't use Firefox anymore due to people can get ratted and they can see all the keylogs.

Google chrome is the best internet browser.

You can still download a RAT on any browser you use it doesn't make a difference. Firefox 12 is now out though, i've been getting updates up to 12.01a.
