The text placement isn't that good with this one, you shouldn't be using such a large reflection inside of the actual userbar too.

I have to agree with Ace here. In fact I think the whole userbar is quite amateur.
I think the height is too large. The icon is too large. The text position is off. The reflection is too noticeable.

Very nice and kept it simple. - Great for newcomers.

Try something like this if you need to use a reflection. Make the reflection on the bar itself?



I created this in a couple mins as an example. Nothing fancy here.
