I created that a month or two ago, and we were getting it up to around 10 active members, but after I created my forum and others stopped going there it died down. Still useful once in a while for people that don't feel like giving out personal email information. They can still remain anonymous by going to that link or irc server.
It's dead and has been for a long time.
