There will be pain of course, since you love him so much. But eventually the pain will be gone. Don't be afraid to visit, by running away, the pain will always remain. Stay strong, the pain'll be gone soon. Wish you the best of luck.

Well I understand how you're trying to hold it in and stuff, but thats not a good choice for your future. If you hold something like that in for too long, it can kind of overtake you and screw up your life.
