HJT is good for finding viruses if you know how to read it. this site should tuts on reading the logs and an HJT team like HF.
I'm using Kaspersky AV 2010
I'm using Avira premium right now.. is avira a good antivirus too?
Avira is a fantastic antivirus, as well as its firewall.

Agreed Avast if you want something for free (or maybe not but I prefer NOD32 if your willing to pay). ESET (people who make NOD32) also have a nice internet security package ;).
I've actually used both NOD32 and avast! Pro, and I prefer avast!. I even prefer Avast! Home Edition over Nod32. I suppose it's a matter of opinion, but avast! seemed to have a more extensively configurable setup.
Ya, NOD32 used to have an extremely weird interface. The new one is more traditional though.
You forgot www.kaspersky.com

Really good AV.
Combine Avira AntiVir Personal with; Malware Bytes' Anti-Malware and Zonealarm.
When i was on windows, Kasp ftw !!!
