The only person who Is going to be able to change your mindset and how you honestly view yourself Is YOU. Stop thinking negative and start thinking positive ! A+ !. If you start thinking more positively you will see the results for yourself. Forget about the person you used to be and concentrate on the person you have become. Live the moment, not the past.
I found the easiest way to drop 20-30 LBS on a man is easy I was 215 before I wanted to rejoin the army then I found out WEIGHT max is 200

So I went on a

LOW CARB meaning like 1k carbs (NO BREAD! NO CHIPS! NO SNACKS!)
High Protein meaning like 3-4k (Eggs,Chicken,Steak)
Water/Protein shakes

NO SODA if you can't break it make it DIET

I lost 35 LBS in 2 weeks

I feel great and loved the way I felt on the diet it falls off and you FEEL EMPOWERED!
Well I would always try to lose weight before . Like my freshman and sophomore year of highschool. It would always be my new years resolution , but it would only last like a month. But my junior year I figured I had to do something. I did lose 18 pounds but stopped. Then the beginning of this year I told my self that this would be the year. The reason I really didn't want to work out was because of all these diet things you got to do. It feels like a lot of work to lose weight. Like the diets and eating right stuff. I'll be the first to tell you that I probably didn't do it right. All I am doing to lose weight is running everyday for about 20 minutes and eating less. Thats it. I think it's all about determination. Lol , I'm sorry I got carried away with this big story.
