For the Age group of 6-10 (even above) I would highly recommend the Nintendo Wii.
Not only will the kids enjoying getting up and moving while playing fun interactive games. But anyone can enjoy playing or watching the Wii.
With fun games like Wii Sports the fun is endless Big Grin
Xbox because of the online gaming and mostly because all my friends have Xbox.
the xbox 360 it just feels better
Go with the Wii for that Age Group, it will suit, there is a lot of fun games on there.

the wii is fun but kind of boring after 20 minutes
I would get the Wii or Xbox with Kinect. Both could be good for your kids ages. Personal experience though would lean towards the Wii more.
I'd get a PS3, ultimately it will be funner for everyone and probably last longer. But if you're thinking of just her, get a WII. WII games seem more kiddish to me.

Can anyone suggest me which is best (Xbox, PS3 or Nintendo Wii) for kids aged 6 to 10 years? Of course everone else will also playThumbsup

In all honesty I think Xbox Kinect blew Wii out of the water, with the Xbox your whole family can play age appropriate games, your daughter can play games like the following; Sesame Street: Once Upon A Monster, Kinect Disneyland Adventures, and Kinectimals.

There are also many games for your son from Plants vs. Zombies to Kinect Sports and everything in between.

There are many games for the adults in your household as well.

So, xbox. Big Grin

Yeah, I have an Xbox and it's great!
Plus there is the Xbox kinect which is like wii but without the controller.
Xbox all day! At least for competitive gaming. Ps3 and Wii are good for fooling around on days off of work.
