I know they are illegal to use, but could I buy one and have it shipped to my house?
I really need to know ASAP because I could buy one right now for $70.
If you would ship it to your house it would be hidden in a package, right?
I don't think they would notice if you bought a laser and ship it home.
Try to have it sent in 2 boxes and you just put it together.

I believe they are legal. I've seen many people purchase/sell them in the US.
Over 5mW is illegal to use. But not illegal to have.
I have ordered ones that go up to 1000mW with no problems.

I am looking into getting one of these as well.
I know someone that can get me a blu-ray color for $99 but I feel like I would want a much more expensive one that is more powerful! Then again I ask myself that $150+ for a laser to just pop balloons is a little much.
But anyway...on to the point.
Even if it is illegal if it is getting shipped to your house then it would be hidden. I would just not show it off a ton in public and you would be fine! Just to be safe!
