Seems very basic, you should spice the site up a bit and you will get more members.

I currently have 0 members, I finished this like 20 mins ago xD
Add a theme, perhaps a few more sections, applications, ect. It's a start but you need to add more things. Is this going to be a hacking based site?

Using the basic theme won't really get you anywhere. A nice theme is always attracting, and you should fix your logo since it cuts away parts of the shadow.
