After trying to make my own website with account function, I give up because its too hard for me. I'm finding a right CMS for myself. I've tried phpmember...(but I can creat new pages normally), phpmotion...(didn't meet the requirements. Joolma...(does it has a user function?)

I want a CMS that allow user to upload pictures. Have their own page.
Please give me some suggestions. Thanks
