How much do they worth? I want to buy one.

Just a 2005 youtube wouldn't be too much, maybe around 25.
An original name could go for around 100+.

Depends on the name and seller, I saw a guy sell 5 oG Youtubes for $130 and they where good names and 05s.

I didn't know that accounts valued on how old they were? It won't go for much.

I would say about $60. It depends on the name.
