Hey SF, does anyone have a link to free steam games, if there is any i recently got a few off steamforums, not many but a couple, really wanted the game dirt or assasins creed, games like that. If anyone has come across them for free please can you post. Thanks in advance
Games like that you can't get for free unless you do it illegally.
Unless there are only beta's or demos.
On rare occasions you can get them for free through silent promotions. One time Valve was giving away Red Orchestra on Steam and I snagged a copy. Also try and make a lot of good friends on Steam. Good friends gift friends. I've given Dogfighter and Garry's Mod, and I've received Star Wars Battlefront II, Killing Floor, and Left 4 Dead 2 from my friends.
I like Steam Games but I hate steam :/

I got Portal for free, but that may have been a promotional gift when I bought my laptop, I'm not entirely sure.
Steam works perfect on my laptop + its not a gaming laptop lol ima try get lotsa ''friends'' then, see weather i can work some magic
