Battlefield Bad Company 2,
Assassins Creed: Brotherhood,
Red Dead Redemption.

Get Oblivion, just get it. You won't regret it and it will be worth even more than you paid for it.
If you have a good temper I'd suggest Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 & 2.
Assassins Creed Brotherhood is also excellent, but not the best.
