I used to have a bird and I taught it to say "hello" when someone walked in the door.

Also taught it a few cuss words lol

LOL @ The vacuum, i don't have a current pet, but the best trick is the dog that can fetch beers out the fridge.

I have successfully taught my cat to run away from me whenever I come into the room. Its a pretty cool trick I guess.
