i lost 40 pounds with it last year and i got lazy and went thru some problems and gain it back but i recognized that its pretty good program
Yes. P90X DOES work. I promise you that. My friend did it, and he has a 6 pack now. I thought it was another BS program, but i am a close friend of his and i am going to purchase it for myself soon.
It is good if you stick to the plan and are dedicated.
I downloaded a copy a couple months ago, and I started about 45 days ago. I'm in the best shape in my life. I was skinny before I started, and I have built a reasonable amount of muscle. I recommend it.
P90X works great. It takes a while but is worth it.
