And where does the source for this information come from exactly?

It's really a good idea to post that kind of informaton here,
including a link to the original author.

Oh really, that looks suspiciously like the thread that I posted, which was an originally written full guide, not just a general hint.
Plus, your thread was closed by a mod here, maybe because of that!

Okay, the main problem, as you just admitted, is that you 'collect' that information, from a few sites.
You may have translated it, but you didn't credit the original source, including a link to it, in the first case.

It's easy to include a link now, after I suggested you do so, but including a link in the first place,
would have avoided any of this type of reaction at all, but if you do continue to do it without including any credit and links,
then you can be sure, that there will be others who will mention it to you, apart from me!

Posting unoriginal material without giving credit, is not really welcomed here and against the rules, so if you continue, you'll probably get warned, with maybe -Rep as well.
so maybe you should take a look at the rules again. or maybe you haven't even looked at them at all yet? I don't know. I would suggest that you do take another look.

The rules:

12. No leeching without credit.

It's up to both of you though, how you want this to play out.
Dude.. i dont want credit for this, i dont want rep for anything what i post (i post it because i like help others).. i really post this with good purpose..
i copy that from few sites, regroup it, translate and post it.. and that's it..

And what original source? xptips tk.? or my fb group.. or something else.. i will report this top to mod to delete and thats the best way Smile
Again sry Big Grin

I don't think that it's necessary to have the thread closed really.

Maybe you misunderstood me, but I just thought that your original post,
didn't contain any link to whoever wrote that info in the first place.

If you don't know who wrote it, fair enough, what you could do in that case.
could be to say that you found this on the web and the credit should go to unknown or whatever.

It should just be made clear that you didn't write it yourself, even if you are not trying to claim credit for it,
because there will probably be some folk, who may think like that, and just accuse you of leeching in the first reply,
especially if they have seen it elsewhere.

Especially if the thread is in perfect English, and whatever else that you may be writing isn't.

I did try to be a little subtle, even if it sounded a little sarcastic, as you mentioned.

I think this is a bit of a gray area at times, and the boundaries between intentional leeching
and some people innocently trying to suggest a helpful tip, can become a little blurred.

That's all I can say really, I don't think that the thread needs to be closed,
unless you want that, as others may find this information to be useful anyway.

It's just a suggestion after all, you don't have to listen if you don't want to.
I like this one:
