Hey there, I'm Sykez and I'll be reviewing your forum - Wb-Dev. You don't have to do what I say. Prepare for a wall of text.
First Impressions: My first impressions on viewing the site is that it is very simple and user friendly and also very easy to browse through the threads and boards. It's a very tough concept because many boards are like this but if you are dedicated, I know it'll shine through.
Name of site: The name of the site did confuse me at first, I thought it would specialize in vBulletin forums due to the Wb, How'd you come up with the name? Would like to know more about the name before I comment.
Guest's point of view: From the guest's outlook, the site is well designed not too keen on the colours, I will talk about that later though. Guests can basically view every thread but if they want to get the plugins or links to plugins, they have to register which I believe is a smart idea to pull some members in. They also have the ability to search for plugins in which they are looking for. I searched "plugin" and it gave me a list of plugins which is great.
Logo & Userbar: Your logo is unique and easy to read but in my opinion, I think it need some minor improvements. I've noticed a splat of paint behind the logo which I believe isn't needed there, neither is the word "design", it seems random to be there and it different color and font, could you possibly explain the logo for me please? Your userbars are very nice and stylish but they contrast the main theme colors of grey and they don't fit in, possibly change the userbar colors to different shades of blueish grey.
The amount of forums: The amount of forums you have are too many, as Unleashed has said above, you only have 500 members, so too many forums isn't needed. The gaming section seems to be the most inactive out of the boards. To be honest, I would kinda merge it with the entertainment section in the lounge as your forums main boards are the Web/forum dev and I don't think Gaming needs it's own section. Your MyBB section seems to be doing well, I assume it's your main section.
Advertisements: You don't seem to have any advertisements other than the affliates at the bottom of the homepage which is great for visitors.
Colors: The colors you have are nice, it's easy to read the black font over the light greyish background. The style looks modern and metallic. I don't like that your userbar colors don't match the theme colors but I have mentioned that before. I really hate the font you are using, it's unappealing to me, I think you should you use a more rounded font for your site as it's looks modern.
Misc. Icons: Your favicon is alright for a discussion site but it just tells me it's a discussion site, not a MYBB/web/forum dev one but it's okay for now also, the same for your topic button -![[Image: off.png]](http://wb-dev.net/images/wbdev/off.png)
I like the stars you use, did you make these? They look very nice.
Competitions: I seen that you have a few contests, which is good on raising the postcount and promoting the site.
Your posts aren't that bad but most of them are short. I think you should make the minimum characters 20 characters for longer

, it's hard to see who is an admin at the who's online list on the homepage but when it comes to looking through threads, thanks to the userbars, it's clear to see everyone's position in the staff.
Your rules are clear to read and are in depth which is good but I think you should make it a global announcement so you can see the rules in every section and not only in the News & Announcements section. Doesn't need improvements.
I think your site is a great but it's a tough niche as they are many forums like this but your unique selling point is the MyBB, hopefully you can start expanding to other forums when your memberbase is larger.
