Looks good, I'd give it a 9/10. I've been playing around with graphics but I'm not very good.

It looks very blurry, pixelated and LQ.

At first glance, it looked to have some potential. But it sort of wore off on further observation.
I agree with Fragma that it is blurry and pixelated at a few points and (assuming you made this with Photoshop or a similar program) the pen tool was haphazardly used.
The concept is nice though. Good job.

That's nasty. I keep saying this but I wish I wanted to take the time to learn how to do that crap.
