Hey guys, i need to know some head phones you guys can recommend
for Hard Rock / Metal music. i have SkullCandy Smokin buds right now and there alright, but i know there is better out there.

some of the bands i will be listening to are

Phillips headphones/earphones are a great balance between price and quality. We have similar tastes in music, so I can vouch for Phillips in this genre.
use Beats by doctor dre. they are high end quality and crisp clear
I had those Titan SkullCandy earphones, they sound great and have low bass as well.
I have SkullCandy FMJ's and they're great. Bass is fantastic, and I've had them for 4 months without any problems so far.
Mine are Gold, but you can get them in Silver & Black.
I have some beats in-ear, they work great for all kinds of music, plus they were free so I love 'em.
I am looking for something around ~100 if not a little less.

Well then check out the brand "Shure", they have some good ones for around that range.
I am thinking about getting these, http://www.sennheiserusa.com/dynamic-ste...ile_005341

they are 1/8 inch jack, that would fit a normal ipod / mp3 wouldint it?
It's not an 1/8 jack, it's a 1/4 inch jack. It comes with 1/8 jack adapter.

What you need to fit it into a normal iPod is this:
