That ain't possible. They maybe has a log of the logins of this person. If he login at this time his account is already limited, it's too late.

Yeah, they have the IP Logs.
The only way is to give them the information they ask.

This man speaks the truth. Unless you can provide legit information, they will keep the money and ignore you.

Nows the time to hope you used legit info and are over 18 years old.

I noticed its a business account as well... chances are, they will want registered company numbers, can you supply those?

They said on the email, PayPal Appeal Denied. Sad I think the last hope is to call them. But i can't. Can you call it for me? hehe
