As the other guy said, I read something just like this in my English Textbook also.. It was quite interesting.
as one officer took a bite, he said "it's probably right under our noses."
That just had to be my favorite part ;) I always love this story though!

Haha, love this. Kinda reminds me of;
Mr. Play It Safe was afraid to fly
He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids good-bye
He waited his whole damn life to take that flight
And as the plane crashed down he thought
'Well isn't this nice...'
And isn't it ironic ... don't you think
