Never done it, never tried, but from what I've known from some background knowledge, it's the same thing as euphoria basically. You need to really practice it to be able to get a decent effect from it. But like all meditations, the bonus is that it should strengthen your mind's ability to focus, and concentrate. The better you get that, the better you'll be at achieving the meditation described in your first post.

I wouldn't expect to get a result the first time.
