It works fine for me, it might be your internet connection or you haven't updated your flash player yet.

This is a good video, with a decent resolution of 720p. That's all you really need for videos like this, but I usually like to get mine up to 1080p

The video suits it as well. I've never even opened up an instance of Cinema4D yet. Haven't gotten the time to download or learn it yet.

Wow, that's awesome. Is that just making a model for an animation?

Nah it's rigging the model so it's ready to be animated. Basically adding a skeleton to it. I also added a foot roll control using an
XPresso tag.
