Yes but what defines virginity is what this whole thread is about.
The religious would say that homosexual acts do strip you off of your virginity. This is because you use your sexual energy in something other than reproducing (which is the reason we have sex).
But the some of the non-religious would stick to the technicalities; as long as the vagina hasn't been penetrated by a penis, then the woman is a virgin.
I would say yes, I would put Penis Vs. Vagina sex as losing of the virginity.. Not Vagina Vs. Vagina.
