That's an understatement, as well.

Just like photoshop or After Effects, once you spend enough time at it, it becomes less complicated. You just need to become acquainted with the user controls within the program itself to familiarize yourself with it's functions to know how to use it. Then it seems simple

I'm working with photoshop at the moment, before I move into anything else.
I am using After Effects although I think Sony Vegas is more beginner-friendly.

They're 2 totally different pieces of software.
I really like to use Sony vegas pro because it has tons of good features.
