Nah give him a gun

I was going to add a spotlight for this image, I might start by doing that, but I could give him a gun lol. Take away his innocent look

lol, turn him into a full military bear with an ammo strap and grenades on the hip with a gun.

Yeh that would be pretty awesome. And then create a whole bunch of duplicates with slightly less important looking clothes & place them behind him. So he is the leader of a Bear army. Stick a picture of a destroyed city in the background!

You could do quite a lot of funny stuff with this.

I was thinking more a old school pistol kinda thing but that looks good too. Kind of a Stewie Griffin style gun lol.

Although it is a little bit messy. You should probably use the pen tool for the detail.

I did use the pentool but getting the smaller details is difficult with alignment in using the pentool for that small gun lol. I was thinking of creating a futuristic 'laser-gun'. All I needed was the rings around the nozzle haha

You could probably get a better result doing it in Illustrator. You won't get decent vectoring results on Photoshop.
