VirusTotal and NoVirusThanks both have options to not-distribute the files. Just check those boxes and you should be okay.

Really? I won't use it from now then. Is NVT confirmed to not distribute, even if you check the box?
NVT is confirmed to distribute by the way.
If i find the article i will link it but im fairly sure they distribute.

most of this online antivirus scanners will distribute your file . And you must be careful if you upload your trojan or something...

You are in the wrong forum, if I may say so myself.
I have a paid subscription to a private one, but out of these my favorite would probably be virustotal.
You forgot ESET Online Scanner, (one of) the best.
