I use SoundCloud, but mainly to listen to unreleased productions, and mixes.
The Hype Machine ( hypem.com ) is great for some genres of music (electronica, rock, etc.). It takes MP3s from 2,000+ music blogs, so you can search for quite a bit of music (and safely download a lot of it).

Personally i use TPB to download music(Obviously called The Purchase Bay where you buy songs) but to listen to online music i use a variety of custom Jukebox'es,often from the gaming communities i am in.
Yeah, With IPB, Anthony Kinson's radio went online with all of his gaming ideas but all kind of died..

I agree when it comes the JB crap,but I like rap because of the beats,the flow and the lyrics (not Lil wayne crap)
To listen to music, I just use Youtube.
