@Untouch - Yeah it would be a good way to relieve stress, just wail on the bad when your mad.

Look up various types of punching moves, start off simple.

I have a 70lb bag and its just fine,but it would be nicer having a heavier bag,jsut pucnh it like you would a person.

You could look up various types of punching & kicking moves & practice them, maybe that'll help.
