OP here. That's what I usually do.
Well then if it fails to improve, I suggest you let her go. No reason to hurt yourself over her.

Should I just ask her if she likes me? It's been like this for 2 months now...

Yes.

It sounds like you are hoping to change her mind by encouraging flirting. If flirting is not resulting in a commitment of some sort -- which is what you want -- I suggest that you don't continue for much longer. You risk being used as a friend-with-flirtation-benefits, nothing more.

Gotta go with eve on this one, You're just gotta lay it on the line. Either it'll become a relationship or she'll just flirt until the end of time.
reading the whole entire thing
I would get tired of a girl like that
so fast... just drop her..
She's showing signs of obvious attraction, but there's also that sentence to take into consideration.

"I couldn't love you, and no one can love me."

That's a very deep sentence for someone to write. Maybe she's been hurt in the past an has given up on love. I know you say you only like her but in her eyes liking leads to love and love has probably betrayed here before. Just stay close friends. It's good to have female friends who you can be really close with like that.

Don't keep your options limited man.

Not keeping my options limited. Another girl is interested in me, and we are hanging out on thursday, but I hardly know her. I'm not a dick to just shoot down someone if they want to hang out though, so I'm going.

+ She did like someone before. He basically ignored her and didn't acknowledge her existance or anything. Like she literally baked him cookies and cupcakes and he just took it and threw it on the floor.

(He also was a fat slob who sat at home playing video games all day who also had like 2 friends. Was also emo. lol)

So then you want to continue the "flirting relationship" with her?

not at all. I'm going to ask her if she wants to hang out this weekend, because I have off from school all week , and shes only available on the weekend. If we do hang out, I'll just say it to her straight.

I'll prob say something like "Look we need to talk. You may not know it, but we are flirting with each other. It's bothering me though. If you don't like me, why are you responding to me by flirting back? I can't help it if I do it, because I like you, but if you don't feel the same, why not just stop? It's really confusing me. It's hurting me too. It's driving me crazy." ~ something like that.
