She's mind freakin you. I've had an ex that did this. For me returning the sneaky "not talking to you as much" worked very well.

Because she thinks exactly like that too, and that's when you will notice that you two won't talk, is because you're both convinced you're annoying each other. My suggestion is just to say hi and try to start a conversation with her, once you feel comfortable talking to her without thinking about what to say; you should ask her on a date.
